ABOUT ME

My journey into intimacy coaching started unexpectedly.

While listening to a podcast by Julie Tenner, something about the way she spoke about feminine energy and sensuality struck a deep nerve, and I realized I had so much to explore within myself. That moment led me down a path of reflection—unpacking how my upbringing and past experiences shaped my beliefs around intimacy, sex, body image, and relationships.

 

I became a registered intimacy coach through Intimacy Coach International, and I haven’t stopped learning since. This work is exhilarating, scary, and deeply rewarding all at once! I’m also currently studying Counselling so I can expand my support to couples and individuals who need guidance in emotional and relational well-being. Until I finish my studies, I can provide general support services and a safe place to vent, chat or offload any worries you are having, if you feel comfortable to do so.
